Health and Human Services provides a wide array of services and programs designed to protect and maintain the health and welfare of County residents. The division determines eligibility and assists residents applying for financial assistance, food support, child care assistance, health care coverage, and long-term care programs and services. The division oversees child protection and child support services, licenses child and adult foster homes and family child care providers, and provides public health, mental health and employment services.
