The Carver County Citizen Alert System is capable of making thousands of phone calls per hour. In addition to the traditional hard-wire home and business phones that are automatically registered, residents and businesses can use our website to create a Citizen Alert Account and receive these emergency alerts on their cell phones and other contact methods such as e-mail or the Everbridge mobile app in the event of an emergency in the area of their Carver County residence or business.
