Adopt-A-Highway Program: This program began in 2000. Groups pick up litter at least two times a year for a minimum of three years.  They are supplied with safety vests, trash bags, safety training material and recognition signs at both ends of the adopted road segment.

Pick-A-Highway Program: This program began in 1992. Groups pick up litter only once.  They are supplied with safety vests, trash bags and safety training material.
