Carver County Facility Services Department

The Facility Services Department is part of the Public Services Division.  Facility Services is responsible for managing construction projects, providing maintenance, and custodial services to County facilities. 

Facility Services provides construction management of capital projects. Its role is to organize, budget, and implement real estate and facilities plans established by the County.

The maintenance personnel provide a variety of services, including snow removal, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, electrical repair, boiler and chiller maintenance, rough carpentry, minor plumbing and fixture replacement, surface finishing, locks and keys, access/security, digital camera support, and other tasks as assigned. 

The custodial group cleans, sanitizes, and supports maintenance in access control, light bulbs, landscaping, and sidewalk snow removal, as well as miscellaneous tasks such as shipping and receiving when necessary.
