Carver County Land Records does not provide an Abstracting research service to the public. Nor can we provide legal advice or assist in preparing legal documents per MN statute 481.01-481.16. 

LandShark is a web-based application for research and retrieval of land record documents at Carver County. If the document is available on our system, you can view and print the image from your computer. There is a fee of $2.00 per view of any available document.

A Carver County Enhanced Remote Access Agreement and Escrow Request Form must be, signed, returned and applicable fees paid, before remote access service will be granted. Please download the necessary forms as indicated below. If you should have any questions, please call (952)361-1930.

Individuals can utilize our on-line program to find recorded documents at: https://landshark.co.carver.mn.us/LandShark/login . You will need to register for an account by clicking on the red hyperlink on the right side of the screen.  At this point you will be able to research but would be prompted to enter credit card info should you want to download any documents. $2 Download fee per the County fee schedule.
