Carver County Public Health and Carver County Emergency Management work closely with the Metro Health and Medical Preparedness Coalition to help support your facility’s emergency planning and response.
Carver County Health Community Partners
This local group meets three times a year- February, May and October to discuss emergency preparedness and disease prevention and control. Their mission is build the capacity and capability of Carver County Health Community Partners (HCP) to plan and effectively respond together in a large-scale health emergency. Health Alert Network (HAN)
When an event threatens the health of Minnesotans, fast, efficient, and reliable communication to those responding to the event can prevent illness and save lives. Minnesota’s Health Alert Network (HAN) enables public health staff, tribal governments, health care providers, emergency workers, and others working to protect the public to exchange information during a disease outbreak, environmental threat, natural disaster, or act of terrorism. Medicare and Medicaid Providers and Suppliers
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) have established new requirements for Medicare and Medicaid participating providers and suppliers. These requirements help us improve our emergency coordination by supporting relationships across public and private agencies throughout Carver County.
