County Health Rankings
Health is more than what happens at the doctor’s office. A wide range of factors influence how long and how well we live from education and income to what we eat and how we move to the quality of our housing and the safety of our neighborhoods. The County Health Rankings is a collaboration between the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Each year, nearly every county in the United States is ranked on a variety of factors that impact good health. In 2021 Carver County was ranked as the healthiest county in Minnesota for the ninth consecutive year. The full news release can be reviewed here.
