PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments accepted: Child & Family fees related to services & placements, MAXIS Overpayments including MFIP, SNAP, General Assistance, GRH, MA, and MSA, Detox, Child Care Overpayments, Family Deductibles, Copays, Waiver Spend Downs, 72 Hour Holds. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do NOT accept credit card payments for First Street Center services, Court Services, Child Support, or initial payment for MA-EPD.

Click the "PAY ONLINE" icon to make a Health & Human Services Fee payment. Complete the form on the Social Services Collection site page, click Continue to enter your credit card and billing information, click Continue. Once payment has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation.
