The Carver County Board in July of 2015 approved a reorganization proposal that combined Public Health with Community Social Services to create the Health and Human Services Division. The organization chart for the division includes the Behavioral Health, Child and Family, Home and Community-Based Services, Income Support, and Public Health departments and units under those departments.

Services are provided are various locations in Carver County by licensed staff. The staff helps residents connect with local resources and training opportunities.
