• Immunizations are available for children and adults who:
       - Do not have health insurance
       - Have health insurance that does not cover vaccines
       AND children who:
       - Are American Indian or Alaskan Native
       - Are on a Minnesota Health Care Program (Medical Assistance, MNCare or PMAP)

• $21 fee per vaccine but no one will be denied service if unable to pay   
• Limited vaccines and tests (e.g., TB test) may be available for a fee or at cost.
